Do you need accountability in the gym? Need someone to take you through a workout? Don’t want to be around a lot of people?
Come work out with me on Saturday for 1 hr in a positive, semi private environment. This work out will push you with aspects of body weight, HIIT, and weight training. This is a small and intimate group that will be perfect for shy beginners or people who just prefer privacy. With that being said, limited spots are available per class.
Most equipment will be provided. It is suggested to bring water, a yoga mat, and whatever else you feel you need.
For clarity, there are multiple hour long sessions ,on the hour, from 8am to 12pm. Please choose your ticket according to the time slot you will be attending.
