Exciting News! For our May Agave Tasting we have decided to up the ante to welcome Summer. This event will feature a distinguished speaker with over a decade of experience with the agave industry, a wonderful Mexican fusion menu from guest chef Alex Jones of Sycamore. and of course an incredible selection of agave spirits from Bonded Beverage! Bonded Beverage is a newer distribution company, but they have set themselves apart from the competition by renowned brands, and securing a portfolio of premium and ultra premium products. The backbone of Bonded's success is the extensive industry knowledge and experience of co-founders Aaron and Aaron. The night will begin at 6pm with a welcome cocktail from our menu at La Tikita. Followed by an appetizer, hors-d'oeuvres, a main course, and dessert. Each course will be specially paired with a premium agave spirit and our guest speakers will give its history, tasting notes, and origins.
