Gracie Barra Scottsdale will host this seminar as our way to give back to the community and empower women. Our gift to you for Mother's day! This event is open to the public. Beginners are welcome to attend, we are confident you will learn valuable skills, and have fun in the process. Self-defense develops confidence, empowers women, and enables them to find safety in difficult situations. It is imperative for women to do so; now more than ever. Unlike most self-defense systems that rely heavily on strength, speed, and coordination, the techniques in Gracie Barra uses technique, leverage, and timing.
