Day 2 of the Collective Efficacy Institute, participants will learn what collective efficacy is and why it is important, how to foster collective efficacy to support deeper implementation of evidence-based instructional practices. In addition to the numerous Arkansas educators who will present, Dr. Jenni Donohoo will present as well. Dr. Donohoo is a professional learning facilitator and author of five New York Times bestsellers. She has over 25 years of experience leading educational reform initiatives.
