Day 1 of the Collective Efficacy Institute, participants will learn what collective efficacy is and why it is important, how to recognize, accommodate, and meet the learning needs of all of our diverse learners. In addition to the numerous Arkansas educators who will present, Dr. Jenni Donohoo will present as well. Dr. Donohoo is a professional learning facilitator and author of five New York Times bestsellers. She has over 25 years of experience leading educational reform initiatives. Participants will be able to: Create an atmosphere where all students have the opportunity to participate and learn.Recognize, accommodate, and meet the learning needs of all of our diverse learners.Avoid stereotyping students as belonging to specific groups with predictable and fixed approaches to learning.
