We invite you to a Ukrainian Embroidery Workshop hosted by Olga from Olga’s Creativity! The workshop will take place on International Vyshyvanka Day, which is Ukraine’s national cultural holiday that celebrates and preserves the country’s original folk traditions.
Workshop attendees will have an opportunity to make a traditional Ukrainian embroidered bookmark. The workshop will be approx. one hour, held indoors, and artists will take home their embroidery kit (provided) along with their gorgeous Ukrainian bookmark. Hand embroidered accessories will also be available for purchase at the event. The one-hour-long workshops will be held at these times: 6pm, 7pm, 8pm.
Please email Ksenia: [email protected] with your preferred time and with any questions about the workshop. Payment of $15 per participant may be made at the workshop and is not required to purchase a ticket.

All funds raised at this Vyshyvanka Day celebration will go to Save Ukraine as they rescue Ukrainian children, help them physically and mentally recover, and support reunited families. As seen in the Times, CBC News, and CNN, Save Ukraine is the only public organization in Ukraine that regularly organizes and successfully conducts rescue missions to return these stolen Ukrainian children. Since February of 2022, Save Ukraine has already rescued 95 forcibly deported children from Russia and 120 from the occupied territories of Ukraine.
