Friday, May 12th from 10 am - 11 am, Bridget Baxter will lead the class through a compilation of breathing exercises and flow sequences that aim towards enhancing alignment, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
*We ask that you please try showing up slightly earlier to set up . If you can, please also come prepared with your own yoga mat. If you do not already have one, Be Well Collective can provide you with one.* Bridget Baxter is a seasoned yogi offering her clients a variety of guided yoga and meditation classes.
