About the Class:
This is a tempo driven class on the mat. We will combine the strength and precision toning of Pilates with elements of fun upbeat cardio bursts. This class will make you laugh, shake and sweat. You will experience a shift in the way you move and feel on and off the mat. Prepare to be challenged.
This class is taking place outside, please dress for the weather. All you need is a yoga mat, water, and an open mind.

Hi, I am Kenzie! A little about me; it all started when my high energy, rambunctious toddler self lead my Mom to enroll me into Gymnastics at age 2. My constant cartwheel shows needed more space than our living room - ha! I discovered my first obsession, gymnastics! I became a competitive gymnast for Western Canada at age 15. During injury recovery, I discovered Pilates and after “retiring” from the sport of gymnastics at 18, I discovered Barre from which I dove into teaching! I experienced a wholesome connection with clients, creating a space free from judgement, where movement was medicine, I was hooked on teaching! I worked under the method REBL MVMT, established in Hood River, OR where I taught Barre, Rowing and Movement classes full time. In 2020, I took classes outside and adjusted the format to a calisthenics approach. An incredible community was formed and now I am thrilled to bring pop up classes coined as “Sweat w/ Kenzie" to you in Bend, OR!
