Zoom Link: Zoom Sign up Speaker: John Krenger Oil & Gas Banking: An update on Reserve Based Loans This meeting will feature an overview of how banks make loans to E&P companies with a focus on most companies’ primary leverage tool: the reserve based loan. John will provide a market update on the reserved base loan including key considerations when evaluating company’s for credit in today’s oil & gas environment. Bio John Krenger, Senior Vice President and Oklahoma City Manager of the BOKF Energy Financial Services office, has been with BOKF since 2009 and their Energy Financial Services team since 2011. John manages BOKF’s client relationships with oil & gas producers and midstream companies primarily in the Oklahoma City area.  John previously interned with Chesapeake Energy in 2007 and 2008 and has a 2009 Finance Degree from the University of Kansas.  John and his wife Kathleen have 3 daughters and live in Oklahoma City.
