This Herald Forum is moderated by Joy Borkholder, The Daily Herald's health reporter. Panelists participating in the community conversation about access to mental health care include: Jim Bloss, patient advocate and member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Rami A. Rafeh, vice president, provider strategy and collaboration, Premera Blue Cross Tom Sebastian, president and CEO, Compass Health Evelyn Reilly, PsyD, clinical neuropsychologist, Western Washington Medical Group Audience members will have a chance to submit their questions. Seating is limited, so register now. The program is free. The Herald Forum takes place in the large meeting room of the Snohomish Library. Parking is available in a nearby parking lot and on the street. The panel discussion will be recorded.
