Join us for an exceptional and fun evening under the sun featuring local meats, produce, and music at the iconic Starlite Motel! Tickets include entrance, food, and entertainment. Choose one of three delicious entrees when purchasing your tickets. Beverages sold separately onsite. The menu below is specially crafted by American-Israeli Chef Einat Admony, known as the ultimate balaboosta (meaning "perfect housewife" in Yiddish). She is a James Beard nominated chef and owner of Balaboosta, the fine dining Middle Eastern & Israeli restaurant and founder of beloved fast casual falafel chain, Taïm. The Starlite Motel is a 1960’s motor lodge located at the foot of the Catskills in the Hudson Valley. A short distance from Minnewaska State Park and some of the most exciting hiking, skiing, biking and climbing around. Recently renovated with an emphasis on comfort and convenience. In case of rainy weather, the event will be postponed to the following day Sunday, July 9th.
