A blissful practice filled with Healing Energy! Treat yourself to a relaxing, intimate & cozy evening of trauma-informed restorative yoga lovingly infused with Energy Healing, Aroma Therapy, Gentle Breathwork, Positive Affirmations & Poetry ending the practice with a sound healing journey. In this special practice, we will move through gentle restorative postures using bolsters, blankets and other props to fully support the body in restful reclining positions to give the body the space to heal. These physically nurturing yoga poses promote a healthy balance to your nervous system and create significant shifts in both physical and mental health. My intention is to create a safe, relaxing experience allowing you to release the deepest tension and strain in the body, feeling calm in the mind and deeply connected to your spirit. No experience necessary. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Dress comfortably. All supportive props will be provided however bring your own yoga mat, a small blanket & a bottle of water. Bring anything that makes you feel more comfortable, perhaps a meaningful object or stone that helps you feel at ease or grounded and a journal if you like. In order to create a healing experience for everyone, this workshop is limited in space so please reserve your spot early.
