MENU: FIRST Beef tartar, quail egg, whole grain mustard, herb salad, black garlic rice chip Paired with: Meritage   SECOND Duck confit en croute, mushroom duxelle, turnip puree, watercress chimichurri Paired with: Quartet   THIRD Lamb Lollipops, roasted radish and toy box pepper hash, fava bean spring garlic puree, rosemary garlic bread crumb, pomegranate molasses Paired with: Variation American Oak Cabernet   FOURTH Grilled spencer medallion, smashed duck fat potatoes, white asparagus, bulls blood, red wine demi glaze Paired with: Forebearers Zinfandel NOTE: Anyone attending the party will NOT be able to do a tasting in the Tasting Room prior or after the event.
