Duck confit en croute, mushroom duxelle, turnip puree, watercress chimichurri

THIRD
Lamb Lollipops, roasted radish and toy box pepper hash, fava bean spring garlic puree, rosemary garlic bread crumb, pomegranate molasses
Paired with: Variation American Oak Cabernet
FOURTH
Grilled spencer medallion, smashed duck fat potatoes, white asparagus, bulls blood, red wine demi glaze
