JOIN US FOR A FREE WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLASS at the CA TaeKwonDo Center in Lake Forest, CA across from the LA Fitness and Saddleback Church. Meet a thirty year TaeKwonDo veteran who will lead this powerful class. Be confident that under any circumstances you, your wife or daughters can defend themselves effectively. You will be taught dynamic, powerful and easy-to-learn techniques to defend yourself whenever necessary and gain the situational awareness to avoid dangerous circumstances altogether.
