Dear Prospective Supporter: National Public Works Week (NPWW) is just around the corner! This year’s theme is “Connecting The World Through Public Works”, which shows public works is the thread that connects us all, no matter where we live in the world. Every public works professional strives to improve the quality of life for the community they serve, leading to healthier, happier communities. The Southeast Branch of the Texas Chapter is hosting its Annual Picnic with the City of Rosenberg and the City of Richmond on Wednesday, May 24, 2022 at Seabourne Creek Regional Sports Complex, 3701 Fountains Drive, Rosenberg, TX 77471. Festivities will begin at 12:00 PM, we will have two(2) competitions between cities:1) BBQ Cook‐off Competition (categories such as Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Beans, Dessert) 2) Public Works Art Competition The branch is seeking sponsors from organizations/individuals that would like to show their support for the Public Works Professional, whether it be in Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Transportation, Maintenance, etc. If you would like to show your support by assisting in the sponsorship of this event, please indicate by checking the appropriate ticket type at checkout.
