Below shows you where to find it. This is only for the student(s) who the event is geared towards.TO FIND YOUR STUDENT ID# GO TO YOUR GRADEBOOK. YOU WILL SEE IT THERE.***********************************Data View / IN-Person EventsCaretakers will need to log into their accounts, find their "to do" list and click on the link to complete the "In-Person Events Data View". This Data View has both the Permission/Waiver form that we must have for you to attend an event. The Student Driver form is also there. Once completed these forms will be good for all events through the end of the 2022/2023 school year. No more messing with the forms for each event. We no longer use the links to permission forms. YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS DATA VIEW TO ATTEND EVENTS! ***********************************Per the American Disabilities Act: during the registration process, if you have a special needs request, please place your specific need(s) in the text box for the person you are registering.
