This is a hands-on class and together you will make: Pancit Molo - Which is a Filipino Wonton Pork Dumpling Soup Lumpia - Filipino Egg Rolls filled with vegetables, cabbage, and pork. Pancit Bihon - Filipino Stir Fried Rice Noodles Buko Pandan - a Filipino Classic Desert made using young coconut. At the conclusion of the class, everyone will enjoy a sit-down meal made from their own hand. The Philippines is the crossroads of Asia and you will find its food is influenced by Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Spanish cuisine. Its flavors have a wide range and it' dishes range from hearty to subtle and refreshing. Due to limited space and the upfront costs of food, our classes and events are only refundable 7 days before event start date. If within 7 days of event start date you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. The event organizer has the right to cancel class within 3 days of event start date if a minimum of 3 attendees is not met.
