About the show:
Singer-songwriter and producer Emily Kate Boyd is partnering with music coalition and international collective Open Folk to develop a listening room experience showcasing regional songwriters and female-led production crew. Scheduled to take place at The Woodshop on Saturday May 20, 2023 at 8PM, the showcase will feature Nashville band Boys Club for Girls and local Chattanooga artists Lon Eldridge and Emily Kate Boyd. No cover charge. Donations are welcome. Seating is limited. The show will be live streamed via The Woodshop’s Facebook page (https://www.fb.com/thewoodshoppresents)

About the bands:
Boys Club for Girls is an emerging alt-rock-girl-country duo consisting of singer-songwriters Amie Miriello and Vanessa Olivarez infuse air-tight harmonies into heartfelt song craft for a powerful and richly entertaining musical exploration.
Lon Eldridge is often said to have talent and style well beyond his years. His warm and infectious musicality is sure to keep you tuned in throughout the night, coupling masterful fingerstyle guitar with clever, brilliant vocals.
Emily Kate Boyd is an American roots-rock musician and songwriter. Her distinctive voice and imaginative lyrics assert her Chattanooga, Tennessee upbringing, particularly in vocal jazz, blues and classic country.
