Come and enjoy Independence Day Weekend in Iowa Falls! The Firecracker 5K and Kids 1K kicks off a full day of activities on July 1st! The 5K course has beautiful views of the Iowa River along paved, tree-lined roads and will bring you through our long-term care facilities, allowing our shut ins to enjoy the race and cheer you on. Pre-register for our race is $25.00 plus transaction fee. Day of the race registration is $35.00. First 50 people registered will get a swag bag. Same-day registrations will start at 7AM and will end at 7:45 AM! The race starts at 8AM. You will be in charge of recording your own time. Will run rain or shine. No refunds.
