This event will be held in The Great Hall on the ground floor of Trent Semans. UNC Microbiology and Immunology Ph.D. candidate, speaker, and author of The Mindful Ph.D. journal, Danielle Williams, will lead participants through a series of activities to guide graduate students through ways to incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion into their every day routines as graduate students.
