Description

There is a spiritual war waging and women need to be prepared to put on full Armor of God every day. It is also important for women to be aware of their physical surroundings. If you are ever in a situation where you need to defend your family, you will be given the tools you need to survive and not be a victim. This will be a hands-on self-defense class and modifications will be available for those who need it. You will need to bring water, a small towel, and wear comfortable and flexible clothing. The cost is $5 and you must pay at the women's ministry table to receive your ticket to attend. Light refreshments will be offered. Spaces are VERY LIMITED and you MUST register ahead of time.
