The University of Nevada, Reno Extension would like to welcome you to participate in our first Nevada Tribal Food Summit at the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe. The agenda will focus on several speakers that are growing local food and working within local food systems and food sovereignty projects. There are 30 scholarships with dorm rooms available for the summit sponsored by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for Nevada Tribes and tribal members.
