Dominique, of the Zen Den, will take you on a 1 hour journey of energy flow accompanied by live music by Snow Wolf. This will be followed by a full moon ceremony honoring the Strawberry Moon. Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water to charge under the celestial bodies as you open and move.
