Join Gretchen Bell, founder of (Bar)re Bell and Yoga, for an outdoor pop-up Barre class in Providence's picturesque Innovation District Park, just off the pedestrian bridge! This 45-minute class combines aspects of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to strengthen and lengthen muscles. This low impact, invigorating, practice is accessible and easily modified for all fitness levels. This event is BYOM (bring your own mat).
After class, you'll be refreshed with a cocktail/mocktail provided by amazing mixologists from Plant City! Nothing could be better.
