LECOM Health in partnership with the Erie County Department of Health is pleased to provide COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics to the Erie Community. Vaccines available at this clinic include Pfizer bivalent primary and booster, and Moderna bivalent primary and booster. Novavax and Janssen vaccines are no longer available at this clinic site. Flu shots are also available during flu season, no appointment or pre-registration required. An additional bivalent booster is now approved for those 65-years and older (at least 4 months following the initial bivalent booster) and those with immunocompromise (at least 2 months following the initial bivalent booster). Monovalent (original) mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are no longer available in the U.S.. Anyone 6-months of age and older can get either 1st, 2nd, or bivalent booster doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. (mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are preferred over other vaccines for primary doses and an mRNA COVID-19 bivalent booster vaccine must be used for booster doses).
