Praeco Skills has developed a model for analyzing and improving the Talent Value Stream (TVS) of small-to-medium sized manufacturers called Talent On Purpose. The model is based on the Six Sigma DMAIC approach to process improvement. In this course, participants will learn 28 industry-defined best practices related to recruiting, training, and retaining a manufacturing workforce. They will learn how to effectively measure their company’s current state processes and complete hands-on exercises that guide them to close process-gaps within their company.
