This free guided meditation for all levels will include a short introduction to the technique, a gentle stretch, a mindful meditation and conclude in an interactive discussion about mindfulness and meditation.
Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.Everyone is welcome but ages 12+ are suggested.Registration is required as space is limited to 20 participants.
