Experience the power of your breath as you journey deep within yourself to release emotional blocks, traumas, and old patterns that no longer serve you. This session will be led by an experienced and compassionate facilitator who will guide you through the process of accessing your innate healing potential. The Glenn Jackson Shelter offers a beautiful and tranquil space surrounded by nature, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep healing and rejuvenation. Whether you are new to breathwork or have tried it before, this session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward greater clarity, peace, and inner strength. Come prepared to breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world around you. Wear comfortable clothing, that will keep you cozy in the weather (covered outdoor area), bring a water bottle, and an open heart and mind. No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you would like. She hosts breathwork workshops specialing in expansion and release with a focus on anxiety and trauma recovery. Her workshops last between an hour to an hour and a half and include guided deep breathing sessions accompanied by specialized beats and music. The breathwork sessions can bring powerful experiences to help with inner growth and deep healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. “I always say that the breath will bring you what you need… for some people, that is rest; for others, it can be huge energetic releases. Either way, this modality is an amazing way to access inner spaces that require a bit of healing and nurturing.” -- Things to Note: Location: Glenn Jackson Shelter (at Tryon Creek State Park) This is a beautiful covered shelter, surrounded by nature, a short walk from the parking lot.
