Have you ever wondered how the bubbles get into a bottle of sparkling wine? Well, there’s more than one answer! We hope you can join Terry Moore for an exciting new class that explores the many different ways that sparkling wines are produced. Of course, we’ll talk about Champagne (both the region and wines, as well its eponymous “method”). But in addition to Champagne, participants can expect to taste a range of outstanding sparkling wines, all produced in different places and using a variety of techniques.
