Come join Amanda on Wednesday March 31st for a Ceremonial Sound Bath served with heart warming Cacao 🫖☕️❤️❤️ Ceremony’s Theme: To open your heart up to what is truly alive and in alignment with your soul at this time, and letting go of what no longer serves you. Coming together in ceremony to open our hearts up to what is truly alive and aligned with our souls is very therapeutic physically and spiritually. Tapping into these parts of us, helps us to become more compassionate with ourselves and others. All while surrendering to the flow of relaxed meditation, the sounds, and vibrations. The Event Flow: I will start with serving cacao, have you do some journal prompts, then go into breath work and intention setting for the ceremony; after all of that guided meditation will follow along with crystal singing bowls playing. The different pitches from the vibrational sounds of the bowls will not only put you into a meditative relaxed state, but can help clear and unblock chakras helping them come into alignment. The bowls, the deep steady sound of the medicine drum, Amanda singing voice, and the light/calming pitch of the tongue drum can draw your focus away from the physical and can allow deep spiritual healing to occur. Hope to see you all there!! -bring anything you would bring for yoga: mat, blanket, bolster, water and then an eye mask is optional. Paper and pens will be provided for the journal prompts.
