Whether you are in recovery or a recovery ally, this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide and mentor others through their own recovery process. This course is accepted by the OHA and MHACBO for both PSS and CRM certifications. Participants seeking certification must identify as a person in recovery with 2 years of recovery experience. (Currently MHACBO requires 1 year)

Understand the stages of recovery & stages of change

Increase awareness of culture, power & privilege
Address ethical & boundary issues
Incorporate trauma-informed care into a peer support approach
