The 2nd Annual PSA Summer Symposium is meant to convene our membership and the broader potato community around the tools and methods we use to tell the unique story of potato sustainability. Our meeting is designed to educate ourselves with content from outside speakers and provide an opportunity for us to learn from each other in a workshop-style format. The PSA Summer Symposium brings together leaders from throughout the potato value chain as well as a host of sustainability experts from within our membership to advance the discussion around potato sustainability and the good progress being made in potatoes.
