**Only ONE registration required PER HOUSEHOLD.** MUST attend ALL sessions for each class. Successful homeownership is at the heart of thriving, vibrant communities. Families rely on long‐term homeownership as a key asset for building wealth, and communities of successful homeowners are safer, healthier and more civically engaged than majority‐renter communities. That’s why CAPLP - Lakes & Prairies Community Action has partnered with the Minnesota Homeownership Center to provide Homebuyer Education classes to make successful homeownership possible for everyone in our community. Training is unbiased and provided by certified staff. $25 registration fee includes a personal copy of the Home Stretch Workshop Manual and refreshments for all in-person classes. CLASS DATES & TIMES: May 9, 10, & 11 from 6pm-9pm June 13 & 15 from 12:30pm-5pm June 24 & 25 from 12:30pm-5pm July 11, 12, & 13 from 6pm-9pm August 8 & 10 12:30pm-5pm September 12 & 14 12:30pm-5pm October 10, 11, 12 from 6pm-9pm November 14 & 16 12:30pm-5pm December 12 & 14 12:30pm-5pm
