Raising a child can be both challenging and rewarding in equal measure. As a mom, in any way, shape, or form, we want to say thank you for filling that role and being the guide your child truly needs! Our free Mother's Day "Moms on the Mat" Mom & Me Karate Class will provide an opportunity for you and your child to spend time together, learn something new, push yourselves, and share in a wonderful memory for years to come! At Premier Martial Arts, we teach our young students how to respect their elders, how to be accountable, how to focus and how to stay in shape in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Our curriculum focuses on character development far beyond the importance of self-defense, and we can't wait to share this with families for Mother's Day! We will begin the class with a warmup, some basics about mindset, then learn some techniques where moms and children are partnered together. Come wearing comfortable clothing to do a light workout in. We train barefoot, so specific shoes aren't necessary. Pssst....we *may* have an extra special surprise for all our moms!
