Deadline for entries is May 18th at 5:00 pm A “Peoples Choice” award of Downtown Dollars will be given to the participant receiving the most votes by the general public. Voting is from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.   Rules and Guidelines: All flowers, foliage, containers, tools and supplies needed to complete the required design will be provided. Each contestant will be given a certain number and variety of products from which to create the design. All participants will receive an identical supply of flowers, foliage, containers and supplies. Supplies will include floral tape, floral foam, utility wire, and any other items the competition coordinator deems necessary. Usage is at the discretion of each participant.   The competition will consist of designing one floral arrangement, with the supplies product, within a 45 minute time frame. After the competition, the designs will be on display for general public viewing until 3 pm. Thank you to JL Designs for sponsoring this event!
