Andy will help you explore new cheeses and unique accompaniments to craft the perfect pairing. Sample some of his favorite combinations and leave with the confidence to impress your guest at your next event. Class will start by learning some tips for how to select, store and serve cheese followed by cheese tastings and light food pairings as well as one beverage of your choice from the Brewhouse. Must be 21+ to attend class.
