Join the Mayor of Braddock in Pennsylvania, Black Women for Positive Change, PCTV, Liberty Baptist Church and key stakeholders for a free in-person workshop entitled, “Keep Going: Finding Joy and Opportunities in Chaos,” to commemorate Harriet Tubman Day at Grow Pittsburgh’s Braddock Farms. Our speakers include: The Honorable Mayor of Braddock Delia Lennon Winstead; The Honorable Pennsylvania State Senator Jay Costa; The Honorable Pennsylvania Representative Attorney Abigail Salisbury; Latara Jones, PCTV Community Producer and Pittsburgh Chapter National Black Women for Positive Change; Reverend Tim Kelly, Associate Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church; Reverend Aisha I. Tate, Senior Pastor, Brown Chapel Church, Tayler Clemm, Certified Doula and Nutritional Educator, Owner of DAWA and Chef Tia, Owner of Mana Meals Catering. The safety of children begins at home. Help us re-establish the family tradition of cooking healthy meals. Rediscover the therapeutic values of food preparation and conversation at mealtime. This is one way to reduce violence and improve everyone’s communication skills. Allow PCTV to provide a platform for you to advocate on behalf of your family, friends, and community. We have tents to accommodate us for the weather, rain, or shine.
