Every pasta night should be a Fresh Pasta Night! Join us in the Easton Public Market Kitchen to see how simple preparing Perfect Homemade Pasta can be!In this class every student will be preparing their own dough, and leaving with their own pasta ready for dinner! After discussion and demonstration of wide variety of no machine pasta varieties, you'll be able to choose what style of pasta(s) you'd like to prepare with assistance from the instructor. We will also cover proper cooking and holding techniques, as well as a taste test! All supplies will be provided. This event is BYOB. This course is for ages 16+, and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Because our space is so limited, we ask that you allow at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your credit to a future event. We are unable to offer refunds, but encourage you to send a friend in your place if you are unable to attend!
