Girlvolution is Powerful Voices’s signature BIPOC-youth-led social justice event featuring workshops from BIPOC girls & gender expansive youth activists & leaders, a BIPOC youth market & resource fair, catered food, live entertainment & more! Girlvolution is taking place on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 from 10am to 4pm at the Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center at the University of Washington. Girlvolution is free and open to all! See how you can plug in: Power Up @ Girlvolution: Power Up is our BIPOC youth market & resource fair where young folks can sell and vend their artwork, jewelry, crafts & more or share about an important cause or action. Power Up is also open to youth-serving organizations that would like to share resources. Participate in our clothing swap! To promote sustainable fashion, one of our youth activists will be hosting a clothing swap - please bring gently used clothing that you'd like to share at the swap & get ready to shop yourself :) Volunteer for Girlvolution!
