Learn how to milk goats, pasteurize milk, and make a fresh goat cheese with our friendly Nigerian Dwarf Does! Our Nigerian Dwarves provide dairy to our family as well as endless entertainment. They are a small, friendly goat breed known for being particularly social. This is a two hour experience with ample time for hands-on animal interactions between waiting of cheese to process. We end the experience by selecting fresh herbs from the garden to season the cheese. Please note that this is booking an experience, not purchasing an edible product as we are not a licensed dairy facility and, as such, cannot sell our products for consumption. $50 per person, children under 2 are free.
