Hosting an event and want to know what wines to buy or how to provide the perfect pairing for your cheese board or meal? Standing in the wine or cheese section at a store can be so overwhelming. Think of this evening as a garden party with friends. Join Sweetwater and Joy Barthelmes for an Intro to Wine and Cheese pairing workshop. In April we learned all the subtle ins and outs of white and red wines. Join us in May to learn about Bubbly and Rose and the sweets and cheeses that make them shine. Enjoy an evening of fun drinks, nibbles, and great company as you gain the skills to be at ease at an office party or as a host. More hours of daylight are for fancy cocktail parties and wine and cheese nights. Learn the skills to blow your friends away at this event. Thank you for your understanding. Instructor Bio: California girl, who loves wine and now lives in Beautiful Colorado! Growing up in California and being able to travel some of the best wines around, I became a wine snob. I loved drinking big, bold cabs, but hated the headaches, hangovers, and acid reflux from most big reds. I started drinking Scout & Cellar, clean-crafted wine 3 years ago and have never looked back. Scout & Cellar was founded in 2017 by Sarah Shadonix, another wine lover and former lawyer. Our commitment is to bring you clean wine that is sustainably grown in healthy soil, no artificial processing aids or added sugars, independently lab tested to meet high standards, and taste great to do better for our planet and improve the way we live.
