This event is targeted towards mothers of teens and tweens who are looking for a supportive community to help nurture and build self-esteem and self-confidence in the teens. By providing fun learning opportunities to be more confident, creative and help them to make better decisions. We will focus on teaching communication skills, problem solving techniques, stress management, healthy boundaries, and more. Our goal is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for mothers with teens and tweens girls to have meaningful conversations, ask questions, and equip them with the tools they need to navigate their social emotional needs in a healthy way. Let’s come together to find solutions that bridge the gap between wellbeing and social emotional health. Together we can encourage our children to be the best versions of themselves with strong values and a bright future!
