The special evening with Women Who Whiskey will offer a history of each whiskey and begins with a Taconic Manhattan welcome drink followed by a four-course tasting and food menu.
The extensive tasting menu includes a Taconic Wheated Bourbon with Reggae Roasted wings, seasoned with Jamaican jerk rub served with banana mango chutney dipping sauce. Then a Taconic Dutchess Private Reserve served with the Boylston Street Bowl, providing chicken or steak, jasmine rice, black beans, charred corn, red pepper, cilantro, cotija cheese, lime jalapeƱo, and crema. Following that will be a Taconic Founders Rye served with the Le Mistral created by chef Mitchell Randall of Ostra, a garlic and rosemary marinated medium rare beef tenderloin, arugula, truffle aioli, caramelized onions, chive mashed potato, bel paese cheese, crispy onion, served on ciabatta. To compliment the full flavors of the meal, a Taconic Double Barrel Maple Bourbon accompanies a Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert.
