Help us to the finish line... Heather and Melissa are participating in the 2023 Falmouth Road Race supporting Recovery Without Walls (RWW), a Cape organization supporting women in recovery. Cool thing about RWW: 100% of funds collected stay on Cape and go directly to participants of the program, no salaries, etc. One of many reasons we are so proud to support them! http://recoverywithoutwalls.org Come ready to chill... We will begin with sound bowls leading us into "Heal" an relaxing, acoustic concert with Elevado. Take from this experience what you need: a mindful, guided meditation experience with light physical movement or just a time to sit, chill and enjoy the show.
