Day One: Develop your eye for detail to create cuts that will be long lasting and require minimal styling. You will learn what texturizing techniques will be needed and how to execute them seamlessly for the haircut to perform at its highest potential. All cutting will be taught using both razor and scissors. Day Two: learn Shannon Rha’s signature foilyage technique. You will learn the Maximum Organic Blonde and the Seamless Dimensional Blonde to help you personalize your client's experience in the chair. We will be using detailed foilyage techniques to create a modern balayage look. The Rha Foilyage Master Class will provide you with all the tools you will need to return to your salon with the confidence and knowledge you need to not only recreate this technique, but to make it your own. Shannon’s signature foilyage technique will be showcased in a step-by-step live demonstration for students to follow along. She will complete the full process on a doll head as you follow along on your own doll head. This allows for personalized help from Shannon for the entire class. She will break down the blonding process into key technical components for maximum results and retention.
