In this Beginner’s Sourdough Workshop we will :* Make bread * Score and bake bread * Snack on sourdough bread and sourdough chocolate chip cookies You will take home :* Dough in a tea towel and colander to bake the next day * An Aliquot jar(dough clock) * A workbook with the recipe and instructions * A sourdough starter (that is 230+ years old from San Francisco) * YouTube sourdough tutorials via email inside my digital workbook * An option to join our Beginner’s Sourdough Workshop private Facebook group * And finally the knowledge to bake sourdough all on your own, which is priceless! 🥖👏🏻🙏🏻☺️ * Also, you will receive two (2) beverage tickets from The Wine Bar (at Work the Metal) + Snacks, and receive a 10% OFF Discount at Work the Metal. NOTE: Please arrive at 9:45 Don’t forget your digital food scale if you have one, if you do not have one-I will have a few on hand to buy during class. Also make sure you have parchment paper and some sort of pot with a lid that you can bake your bread in the next day . A round cast iron Dutch oven or an aluminum roaster pan both work well. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BRING THE POT TO CLASS!! There will also be a few fun beautiful sourdough tools for sale at class👌🏻👌🏻 It’s going to to be a blast!
