The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. This free event will focus on Nutrition and Fitness. ACNC will partner with Cooking4Fitness to provide a cooking demonstration . Participants will receive a meal and a special nutrition swag for attending.
