Dreams | Visions | Otherworldly Practices In dreams we enter a realm of images, emotion, ancestral memories, possible futures, and even visit other worlds as real as our own. To access the language of dreams, we must first harness techniques for the practice of active engagement with them. In this class we will learn foundational techniques of Shamanic Active Dreaming, and introduce keys to unlocking the healing & creative power of dreams. Dreams are potent destinations that, with practice, we can learn to revisit--portals into mysterious worlds which offer us inspiration, power, and greater perception. We learn to step back into a dream the way we step back into a room. There are many reasons to return to a dream: Move beyond fear & nightmares Clarify the meaning Talk to someone inside the dream space Enter a creative flow & a larger reality Have fun! **Bring a dream journal, eye covering, and sacred item for our shared altar space.** The Sacred Path of Dreaming is a monthly gathering to create community & build energetic support systems through active dreaming & ancestral, earth based practices.
