Come enjoy a day with the flowers at the NEW! PICNICS + FLOWERS pop-up picnic experience at The Flower Fields Carlsbad California! WHO + WHERE: San Diego favorite, Pop Up Picnic Co has partnered with the world-famous, Flower Fields® in Carlsbad to create the quintessential springtime experience: a luxury picnic overlooking millions of ranunculus flowers! WHAT: Treat yourself to a farm-to-table inspired lunch and a beautiful picnic overlooking the flower fields and ocean beyond. Each picnic is a 90 minute reservation and includes a pre-fixe meal + drinks (listed below,) live music, a polaroid photo and all-day access to the Flower Fields. Picnic seating is either low tables + pillows or farm tables + bistro chairs. Table + chair seating will be prioritized for guests with accessibility limitations. Please note any accessibility (and assistance) requirements when booking. Tickets include entrance to The Flower Fields: sweet pea maze, gorgeous gardens and more! Come for lunch and stay for the afternoon! *Please note, wagon rides are not included. MENU: We're serving a picnic-inspired lunch with sandwiches, side salad, fruit and a sweet treat! Here's what's on the menu. Roast Beef Chimichurri: roast beef, smothered in our 'famous' family-recipe chiumichurri: it's packed with parsley, cilantro and basil and it's absolutely delicious (can you tell we like it?!) plus tomato and arugula on a ciabatta. Tangy Turkey: we took the traditional turkey sandwich up a notch with fresh sliced turkey, raspberry mustard, cranberry mayo, tomato and arugula on a ciabatta. Vegan Chickpea Smash: chickpeas, red onion, fresh herbs, celery and a little vegan mayo, lovingly smashed up into our vegan version of a picnic staple, the chicken salad sandwich. Sides: Each guest also recieves the following with their sandwich: green salad: we change this up regularly, past hits include kale cranberry salad, lemon arugula salad and panzanellafruit cup: seasonal fruits, typically citrus + berriesRaspberry Lemon Ube Tea Cake: a custom creation from Chef Lynette, it's the perfect sweet treat after your picnic lunch!Vegan option: our vegan guests will enjoy a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie bar instead of the Tea Cake.Drinks: Each table will have large bottles of infused water and agua fresca and we're always happy to refill if you need more! *Please note: ingredients are subject to change with availability and therefore , so are menu items.
