Sign up to participate in the Wilmington Refugee Community Soccer Tournament. Please include player's name, birthday & preferred teammates on the player info form. $20 per player. Games will be played on Sunday June 4th at the Nir Family YMCA fields between 11:30-3:30pm. Youth and adult games will be 5 vs 5 and 30 minutes each. GUARANTEED THREE (3) GAMES Please consider adding an extra registration to sponsor a local refugee child in the tournament. Payment can be made on Venmo (@Globalrefugeeconnections), Paypal ([email protected]), or cash the day of games. Proceeds benefit local nonprofit and refugee resettlement support center, Global Connections. Global Connections is a grassroots nonprofit helping hundreds of refugees from all over the world for more than 4 years now. In the event of bad weather, the event organizer may need to cancel the tournament. A rain date will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds-- registrations are tax-deductible donations.
